No. At Patrick Malone & Associates, we don’t charge for our time involved in evaluating a potential client’s case and discussing it with you. Sometimes we may ask you to pay for records or expert witness evaluations, but that money doesn’t go to us. Most law firms work this way. Frankly, you should never pick a law firm based on the promise of “free initial consultation.” Everybody does that. We have good advice on how to find and hire a top lawyer here.
