Experience and track record are keys here. Personality is important too. A good attorney will be concerned with working to get you the best possible outcome for your case. A lot of what makes an attorney good at his or her job can be found by looking at his or her experience, record and recognition from peers. It is also important that your attorney demonstrate an active interest in not only your case, but also you as a human being.
