Bringing a lawsuit can be expensive, even if you don’t pay for your lawyer on an hourly basis. Once Patrick Malone & Associates has evaluated your case and you decide to work with us, we can discuss the financing of case expenses. Typically, the law firm will advance the expenses during the case. The firm is then reimbursed those costs from the recovery we get you. We provide clients with a full list of all expenses once the case is concluded for their review and approval before any expenses are paid back.
