Mission Statement

We represent regular Americans and their families – people whose lives have been broken by terrible injuries and death, events that should not have happened. We seek justice in the courts for our clients against wrongdoers of all kinds: corporations, hospitals, the government, and individuals.

We believe that every American has the right to pursue justice, and that the civil justice system is a powerful instrument for change and accountability.

We are committed to gaining the results to help our clients rebuild shattered lives after tragic events.

We understand what happens to victims and their families: not just the lost pay and the big medical bills that go with severe injuries, but the emotions that happen too.

  • Confusion and disbelief: What happened? How did this happen? I can’t believe it really happened.
  • Fear: Can it be as bad as they’re saying? Will it get worse? Will it not get better?
  • Frustration: Why isn’t this working out? Why am I not getting answers?
  • Anger: Why isn't anyone answering my questions? Is someone trying to cover up? Did this really have to happen?

We see our job as not just winning money for our clients, but helping them gain answers to the big questions of what happened and why.

We appreciate the opportunity to share in part of our clients' journeys to live dignified, quality lives.

We work to make the world a better place, one case at a time, so that what happened to our clients won't happen again to someone else.
